Julius called prior to his visit as a courtesy. He arrived on time, surveyed the issue, explained what was wrong and how to fix. Julius was able to provide a quote immediately. The necessary parts were on board his truck so the work could be done immediately. The work was done quickly and very cleanly. We reviewed the work conducted and I believe it was done very well.

Bob had us out due to a leak coming from his kitchen ceiling. Upon inspection we found some issues in the upstairs bathroom. The first being the tub. The tub was no set properly and cracks and moves when stepped in, this has caused the caulk around the tub to crack along with the grout connecting the tub to the floor. This would potentially cause leaks but the main issue and what is believed to have caused the leak is the toilet. The toilet was wobbling and very loose. Julius ended up pulling and resetting the toilet, Bob is having the bathroom remodeled in October and will be installing a new tub. Julius also installed a new toilet water stop. While here, Julius performed a minor plumbing inspection. The houses incoming PSI is around 60PSI which is perfect. Bobs hardness levels are around 8.5, this is medium to high so a water softener is highly recommended.
