I Connor I hope that my customer and at this time customer has an issue with rear wall hydrant. Spoke to customer about rear wall hydrant in at this time she wishes to replace. Installed new rear wall hydrant and spoke to customer about condition of existing pressure reducing valve, at this time customer wishes to install new pressure reducing valve. Installed new pressure reducing valve and tested all OK.

Cut existing hole in drywall to allow for more access to the waterlines. Replace existing hose faucet with a frost free hose bib. Plumbtite is not responsible for any drywall repair. Drywall repair to be performed by other. No warranty on hose bib replacement without a Pressure Reducing Valve being installed. Customer understands there is no warranty due to high water pressure of roughly 90 PSI. The customer has been provided estimates for a Pressure Reducing Valve, as well as a Pressure Reducing Valve and New Main Shut Off Valve.

Install new Rinnai tankless water heater.

Upon arrival met with customer. At this time customer has leaking coming from her second-floor bathroom. Spoke with customer about making access and she understands that we are not responsible for closing walls. Open wall and found nail trim trim in pipe. Can you customer price to repair piping in at this time she wishes to move forward. We will open wall to access hole in pipe. Once access, we will cut out and replace section of piping necessary to restore usage to Plumbing. Customer is aware that Plumbtite is not responsible for closing walls that need to be open. Open wall and repaired pipe and tested all OK. Check the water pressure in at this time no issues.
