Plumb Tite Careers

Job Description

Join the fastest growing, most honest, and highest paying service plumbing company around! Plumb Tite has dominated the Cincinnati market and experienced massive growth for years because

  • We only hire real plumbers with real experience (and pay them better than anyone else around because having the best techs means providing better service to our customers and helps our team become even more amazing than it already is! — read about this more directly below)
  • We do not shove or even mention sales quotas (you are there to help the customer and solve their problem, seems like a quota or mandate is contrary to that)
  • Always work to foster an amazing team of expertly trained technicians that enjoy what they do and
  • Actually are able to go home and spend time with their families and friends.

We are expanding and are looking for 1-2 experienced senior service plumbers that are able to provide incredible skill and amazing customer service, so that customers know they are experiencing a special and different company type of company altogether. I know this sounds too good to be true, but this is who we are plain and simple!

  • Provide Exceptional Pay, including paying this level of tech a minimum of what would be $55,000 + a year once they are fully trained and in their vehicles. All of our senior service techs make more than this under our regular pay structure, but we will guarantee this amount per month or if you exceed this the higher amount on a commission base we will pay you the higher amount, because we know that with further time with the company you will far exceed this amount.
  • For those that have a great deal of experience (i.e. more than 5-7 years in the service plumbing field and a journeyman’s license) and possess the right personality a signing bonus of $2,500.
  • Give you a fully stocked vehicle to take home and be dispatched in the morning from your house
  • Furnish and pay for your phones and tablet
  • Provide tremendous company paid benefits
  • Provide practical skills training, communication training and advanced training
  • Provide growth opportunities
  • Support you properly when you deal with the small amount of customers that want to treat you poorly

  • Make you buy or lease a vehicle, of course we buy our own trucks and pay for the gas and maintenance (amazing that even still exists???)!
  • Make you purchase or lease drain cleaning machines or camera equipment – again, this is our company and these are the tools you need to be successful if you are performing those tasks.
  • Have you work on call every other week or for a week at a time, that is absurd!
  • Have too many techs so guys are sitting around with nothing to do all day – we are constantly overbooked and always more busy than we can handle, but we are willing to risk losing customers to make sure our plumbers have a life and do not believe you are simply someone to be used and abused. Your family loves you, you deserve to see them and not work all the time.
  • Or, most importantly ever push things on customers they don’t ask for or need . Be able to sleep at night knowing you are being the best plumber offering customers solutions – not trying to twist their arms or using scare tactics. We don’t believe in this ever – we are proud to be the most honest and ethical company around and we will not ever change.

We need to be able to sleep well at night and we want you to do the same. This is what has made us so successful and we will accept nothing less. I understand you are still skeptical because this isn’t the way you have ever been truly treated or have seen a service company operate like this before, but that is the reason we should meet and talk and make sure that coming to our team is a fit for both of us, because we only hire the best and we want you to always feel like you work for the best.

If you have 5+ years of service plumbing experience please email today and include a basic resume of your service plumbing experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

We need plumbers who understand that being the best means you get paid better than other companies, but that ultimately being the best you can for the customers and your fellow plumbers each day is not just necessary, it is mandatory!

Qualifications and Skills
