Though I believe the pricing model is 10-25% over market rates, quality of service, commitment, and rapid response eased the initial sticker shock. Loved final product installation by Julius. Fifth time using Plumb-Tite from an original Brian Thomas recommendation. Will use again.

I installed a tee on the main line and branched over to connect a shut-off valve dedicated for the irrigation system, drain valve, and backflow that is mounted to the foundation wall. The customer is aware that the line was only tested to the shut-off due to the weather. Once springtime rolls around, Expert Irrigation will test the system, and if any leaks are present, we will be out to fix them. I sealed the inside of the foundation wall with white tape to match the insulation. The outside penetration was sealed with hydraulic cement to keep the foundation water tight. All work done today is covered under a standard 1-year parts and labor warranty.

I was called to a home to repair a furnace that was not heating the home. Upon arrival, I found that the flue was extended above the intake, which was causing the furnace to not draw in enough air. I also found that the high limit temp sensor was worn out and needed to be replaced. After replacing the sensor, I tested the furnace and it was heating the home properly.

I also lowered the blower speeds to improve efficiency. I returned to the job later to modify the exhaust and correct the sensor. I also reformed the combustion analysis for safety.
