Upon arrival, customer’s garbage disposal was humming when turned on. Customer attempted to reset the disposal, however was unable. Using an Allen key to move the internal components on the disposal, the blades were freed up and a piece of glass was removed from the disposal. The customer will have an estimate to replace to the disposal, but at this time the disposal was tested and is functioning normally. The customer was charged a Plumbing membership instead of a diagnostic fee.

Cut access in drywall to expose cold side waterline. Cut out existing valve and install a new 1/2” boiler drain with a 3/4” threaded connection for the washing machine hose. Plumbtite is not responsible for any drywall repair. Included new hot side valve as well for the customer as a courtesy because after pressurizing the new cold side valve, the hot side valve was showing the same type of leak. It was a minor leak, but the best option would be to replace the valve with the wall already open. New valves tested and checked for leaks and water is back on at the property.

Looks like we are on the way to getting the problem(s) resolved. Fortunately my system is still under MFR Warranty, James was quick to see that and wanted me to verify. That lessens the worries. James also promised to remedy for this ongoing issue. Will post again when its all resolved!

Shane was here the end of July last year to find the leak in my A/C. He put in refrigerant with dye and a “powerful sealant” He said he would come back in a couple weeks to check with a UV light. Never heard from him after that. You charged me $1200 for that. Well I turned my A/C on for the first time since Last September. Its been running for 24 hrs. Temp dropped 1 degree (from 79 to 78) humidity dropped 2% (from 62% to 60%). I have the air filter out too. Nothing is froze up. So that tells me that the leak was not fixed. $1200 is a lot of money to me to only get a few weeks of A/C. I want to know what you Plumb Tite is going to do about this.
