Called Plumb Tite for a few plumbing issues we were having. They worked with my schedule and came promptly on the date we decided on. They came in and assessed my issues. Gave me the price and worked thoroughly to complete the job accurately. Very appreciative of Wil and his co-worker (I forgot his name). I will be calling them back in the future for any plumbing or HVAC issues

I was called to a home in the city to repair a clogged drain. Upon arrival, I used a plumbing snake to clear the drain. However, the clog was too deep, and the snake could not break through. I then used an auger to break up the clog. After several attempts, the auger successfully cleared the drain. The homeowner was very grateful for my help.

I was called to install a customer-supplied kitchen faucet. The faucet was a Moen model, and I had to remove the old faucet and install the new one. The installation process was straightforward, but I had to make sure that the new faucet was properly aligned and that the water supply lines were connected correctly. I also had to clean up any debris that was left behind after the installation was complete.

I was called to inspect a client's sanitary lateral. The client believed that a child may have put sticks inside and outside the cleanout. I used a video camera to inspect the lateral and found that there were indeed sticks inside the cleanout. I removed the sticks and cleaned the lateral. The client was happy with the service and thanked me for my help.

I was called to a school to repair a broken water line. Upon arrival, I found that the line had split, causing a significant leak. I used a specialized tool to cut out the damaged section of the pipe and then installed a new piece of pipe in its place. After bleeding the pressure, I tested the line for leaks and found that the repair was successful. The school was able to continue its operations without any interruption.

I returned to the customer's home today to install a new pressure reducing valve, upsize the condensate line on the tankless water heater, and flush the unit out. The membership will be set to automatically renew on 07/31/2026. The tankless flush removed scale buildup and debris inside the unit. The flame was burning blue instead of orange upon startup, and the water is heating everywhere as it should. The new water pressure is sitting at 70 PSI, and it is recommended to have the unit flushed out again before the membership expires to receive the 50% off tankless flush discount.
