Apparel met with tenants. Ran water and diagnose leak into basement. At this time found drain fittings for shower pan leaking. Provided estimate to tenants and called homeowner on the phone to perform repairs and at this time homeowner is not available. Left a message and at this time if homeowner called back and we will be available on Friday 10 to 1. We will cut out existing trap assembly and install new drain fitting for shower pan. Once drain sitting is installed we will re-pipe with new piping to restore usage to shower. Upon returning cut out master bathroom, shower drain and installed new 2 inch shower drain with all necessary piping. Tested all OK.
